Her work emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and practical solutions that help clients understand and mitigate their exposure across multiple states.

She also serves as the co-founder of Peper, a software platform built to streamline SALT workflows for consultants and accounting teams, including automated nexus studies and exposure modeling.

Earlier in her career, Kristina worked as a State and Local Tax Consultant at Eide Bailly and MarksNelson. Her background includes advising companies across industries on sales tax compliance, registration strategy, voluntary disclosure planning, and state-specific taxability rules.

Kristina holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Colorado and Missouri.
