If you sell into any of the 24 SST member states and meet basic eligibility requirements, you may qualify. Our team can help determine your eligibility and walk you through the enrollment process.
We’ll let you know if your eligibility changes. However, even if you lose eligibility, TaxCloud can manage compliance in all 50 states, including the ones where SST no longer applies.
Definitely, but you’ll need to take care during your migration to ensure that the transition goes smoothly.
For example, it’s possible for your current provider to cancel your SST enrollment or to continue automated filing on your behalf after TaxCloud takes over, causing double-filings and other problems.

Yes. Within TaxCloud, SST discounts and benefits are only available for Premium plan members.
You’ll need a TaxCloud subscription to access the platform, manage your account, and support compliance in non-SST states.
This varies based on your current setup, as well as the size and scope of your business operations.
Most businesses can complete onboarding within a few days. For organizations with more complicated setups (custom integrations, ERP systems, etc.), this process may be completed over several weeks or months.
Timelines and contracts are also a factor. If you’re contracted with another provider and switch to TaxCloud, you’ll end up paying twice for tax compliance services. Because of that, we usually recommend waiting until contracts with your current provider are close to expiring before making the switch.
