Complexity Outgrows the Old Fit

As a multi-division, multi-channel business, MMCI faced increasing complexity in managing sales tax across multiple jurisdictions.

Their previous provider, TaxJar, had supported marketplace channel integrations, but shifts in tax laws and business operations left the platform underutilized.
