About Tim Bennett
Tim Bennett had a long and distinguished career with the Kentucky Department of Revenue, serving in various roles within the Division of Sales and Use Tax. Appointed as Director in 2018, he managed the state’s sales and use tax programs until his retirement. Tim chaired the Streamlined Sales Tax Certification Committee from 2013 to 2022, overseeing the certification of CSPs. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Kentucky. His work ensured accurate tax calculations, secure transactions, and efficient tax remittances.
