Antoinette Abboud serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at TaxCloud, focused on delivering measurable value and consistently improving customer outcomes across the full customer lifecycle through strong leadership of customer success, onboarding, support, and account management.

With over 10 years of experience in SaaS startups, Antoinette specializes in building and scaling customer success organizations, including CSM, onboarding, support, account management, and professional services teams. She has led customer journey optimization initiatives, implemented CRM and CS operational frameworks, and developed health scoring systems to improve retention, expansion revenue, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Prior to TaxCloud, Antoinette held senior customer experience and customer success leadership roles at Aiwyn, CommerceBear, Airbase, and Levelset, where she built high-performing teams and operationalized customer lifecycle strategies during periods of rapid growth.
