There are just a few days until the Colorado sales tax filing deadline. To avoid paying penalties and interest, submissions of Colorado state sales tax must be filed and paid before the February 20, 2020 deadline.

Be sure to file your sales tax anytime before the February 20, 2020 deadline. Please note the following important reminders:

• You must file a sales tax return, even if you collect $0.00 in sales tax during the filing period. Visit the Sales Tax Filing Information web page to learn more.
• If you do not file and pay the tax due on time, you will lose the Service Fee rebate.
• Failure to submit your sales tax on time may result in a loss of your vendor license.
